Privacy policy

Rankmint is run by Gajendra Singh Rathore, an individual developer based in India ("we"). This policy covers the rankmint.app website, the waitlist, pre-orders and the Rankmint Mac app.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist or pre-order. We use it to send launch news, your keyword report and your license. Nothing else.
• Which link brought you, if you join the waitlist: the campaign tags in the page's address (such as utm_source=reddit) and the site you came from. We use it to see which ads and posts are worth paying for.
• Your app's App Store link and the countries you name, if you send them after a pre-order, so we can write your keyword report.
• Payment details are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. We see your name, email, country and what you bought, never your card number.
• Anonymous visit statistics, collected with PostHog: pages viewed, referring site, country, and whether someone used the rank checker, joined the waitlist or pre-ordered. No cookies, no stored identifiers, and no profile of you.

What we don't collect

• The free rank checker runs in your browser and asks Apple's public search directly. The app link and keyword you enter are not sent to us.
• The Rankmint app has no account and no Rankmint servers. Your keywords, rankings and App Store Connect key stay on your Mac. Your API key is sent only to Apple.

Who else processes your data

Supabase (stores the waitlist and report requests), Dodo Payments (takes payments, as merchant of record), Vercel (hosts this website), PostHog (visit statistics) and our email provider (sends email). Each processes data only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or Rankmint stops operating. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. To see, correct or delete your data, email hello@rankmint.app and we'll do it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be emailed to anyone on the list.
