Refund policy

The short version: if Rankmint doesn't work out for you before launch, you get your money back.

Before launch

You can ask for a full refund of your pre-order at any time before Rankmint launches. Email hello@rankmint.app from the address you paid with.
If Rankmint isn't on the App Store by February 1, 2027, every pre-order is refunded in full automatically. You don't need to ask.
You keep your keyword report either way.

Purchases made inside the App Store are refunded by Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's rules.

We process refund requests within 3 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 more days to show the money.
