These terms apply when you use rankmint.app, join the waitlist, or pre-order Rankmint from Gajendra Singh Rathore ("we").
Pre-orders
- An early-bird pre-order costs $39 (one-time) and includes a Rankmint license for the Mac app at launch, plus one keyword report for one of your apps.
- We aim to launch in January 2027. If Rankmint isn't available on the App Store by February 1, 2027, you'll get a full refund. See the refund policy.
- Features described on the website reflect our plans. If a major feature described at the time you paid isn't in the launch version, you can ask for a refund.
Keyword reports
Reports are delivered by email within 48 hours of purchase (or of you sending your app's link, if later). They are recommendations based on public App Store data. We can't guarantee any change in rank, downloads or revenue: Apple's ranking depends on many things outside anyone's control.
The rank checker
The free rank checker shows results from Apple's public search API as they are returned. Results can differ from what you see in the App Store app, and Apple may limit how often it can be used.
Your App Store listing
You decide what goes into your listing. Rankmint shows changes before saving them and never submits your app for review; you're responsible for what you submit to Apple.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to Rankmint is limited to the amount you paid us.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
