Alternatives
data.ai alternatives for indie iOS developers
By Gajendra Singh Rathore, who makes Rankmint · updated November 3, 2026
data.ai, formerly App Annie, was bought by Sensor Tower in 2024, and its website is now a login page. If you used it for App Store keywords or market estimates, these are the options, with prices from each tool's own website.

Why people look for an alternative
- data.ai is no longer sold on its own: its site says “We've Been Acquired by Sensor Tower”.
- Sensor Tower doesn't publish prices.
- Many data.ai users only needed keyword ranks for their own apps.
The options
Rankmint
A Mac app that chooses the keywords you can win in each App Store country, writes your name, subtitle and keyword field within Apple's limits with your own AI, saves them to App Store Connect after you review them, and tracks your rank daily. $19 for the first 10 buyers, rising $5 every 10 sales to $89, once. It launches on November 5, 2026, and does no Google Play or market estimates. See a real report
